Refund Policy
1. Experience Bookings (tours, activities)
- Full refund if canceled ≥7 days before start.
- 50% refund if canceled 3–6 days before.
- No refund if canceled <3 days or no-show.
- Tour changes accepted free ≥7 days prior; subject to availability <7 days.
2. Merchandise
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery (unused, original condition).
- Customer covers return shipping. Refund issued within 14 days of receipt, minus shipping cost.
3. Non‑Refundable Items
Customized items (e.g. personalized gear) are non‑refundable unless defective.
