Refund Policy

1. Experience Bookings (tours, activities)

  • Full refund if canceled ≥7 days before start.
  • 50% refund if canceled 3–6 days before.
  • No refund if canceled <3 days or no-show.
  • Tour changes accepted free ≥7 days prior; subject to availability <7 days.

2. Merchandise

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery (unused, original condition).
  • Customer covers return shipping. Refund issued within 14 days of receipt, minus shipping cost.

3. Non‑Refundable Items
Customized items (e.g. personalized gear) are non‑refundable unless defective.
