1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to Morocco and internationally. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days.
• In case of significant delays, we’ll contact you via email or WhatsApp.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number becomes active within 24–48 hours.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Keep packaging materials and damaged items for evidence.
