Most evenings in Marrakech end at somebody else's table. This one ends at yours. You spend the evening in a Moroccan kitchen, learn the flavours properly, cook alongside the people who cook this food every day, and then sit down to the dinner you have just made.
It is a sociable thing rather than a lesson. Small groups mean people talk across the table while the tagines are on; couples get an evening that is genuinely shared rather than served; groups and families can have the kitchen to themselves on request.
Think of it as the answer to "what do we do tonight that isn't another restaurant?" Same evening slot, same good food, except you know exactly what went into it — and you can make it again when you get home. There is no evening medina walk and no market visit: the evening is spent cooking and eating.

You cook it. The evening is spent preparing and cooking Moroccan dishes hands-on, and the dinner you sit down to is the one you made.
Send us your date and group size and we check the evening sitting with the kitchen first. Same-evening requests are sometimes possible, but we never confirm one before the kitchen has.
