The start time is agreed with you when we confirm the date, because the session is built backwards from the dinner sitting.

That is exactly what it is for. You get the meal, plus the evening and the skills, instead of just the bill.
What will we cook?
A selection of traditional Moroccan dishes prepared during the class; the exact menu may vary. Ask us about a specific dish and we will tell you honestly whether the kitchen can do it.
Is there a market visit?
No. This class does not include a market or souk visit.
Is wine or beer included?
No. No alcohol is served or included.
Can we have the kitchen to ourselves?
Yes — private evenings for couples, families and groups are available on request.
How is this different from the lunch class?
The lunch class is a relaxed daytime session that leaves your afternoon free. This one is your evening: it is more sociable and it finishes over dinner.
How do we book and pay?
Send us your date and group size and we confirm the evening sitting with the kitchen first. Once it is confirmed we send you a secure payment link for PayPal or debit/credit card. We would rather confirm the evening than take your money and hope.
