Your guide walks with your group only, so the pace is yours the whole way down and back up.
The boat ride at the base of the falls is arranged for your group as part of the day, rather than left as a queue you join on arrival. Lunch is on a terrace above the water; you choose the restaurant with your guide when you get there.
