Bookings are confirmed by Toubkal Views in writing, by WhatsApp or email, once we have your date, group size and pickup address. A request sent through this website or by WhatsApp is not confirmed until we reply to confirm availability.

Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices per person and may vary with group size, season and the exact experience you choose. We confirm the final price before your booking is accepted.

Private transfers booked and paid on this website: free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup, and no-shows, are non-refundable. If Toubkal Views cannot provide your booked transfer, you receive a full refund. The 24-hour deadline is calculated from the scheduled pickup time in Moroccan local time and is shown on your booking. This transfer policy applies to private transfers only.

For day trips, trekking, Agafay and desert experiences, balloon and paragliding flights and private multi-day journeys, the transfer policy above does not apply. If you need to cancel or change one of these bookings, contact us as early as possible on WhatsApp or by email. Cancellation conditions are confirmed with your booking and depend on the experience and the camp or partner involved.

Please tell us in advance about medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, reduced mobility and the ages of children travelling with you, so we can prepare the experience safely. You are responsible for your own travel insurance.

We may adjust or cancel an itinerary for safety reasons, including weather in the High Atlas. Where an experience cannot run safely we will offer an alternative date or option.
