Bookings are confirmed by Toubkal Views in writing, by WhatsApp or email, once we have your date, group size and pickup address. A request sent through this website or by WhatsApp is not confirmed until we reply to confirm availability.

Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices per person and may vary with group size, season and the exact experience you choose. We confirm the final price before your booking is accepted.

If you need to cancel or change a booking, contact us as early as possible on WhatsApp or by email. Cancellation conditions are confirmed with your booking and depend on the experience and the camp or partner involved.

Please tell us in advance about medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, reduced mobility and the ages of children travelling with you, so we can prepare the experience safely. You are responsible for your own travel insurance.

We may adjust or cancel an itinerary for safety reasons, including weather in the High Atlas. Where an experience cannot run safely we will offer an alternative date or option.
