Most Ourika day trips stop at the waterfalls and a roadside café. This one rides the trails above them and then sits down in somebody's house.
The morning is a guided off-road electric-scooter ride on the scenic tracks of the Ourika valley. It is the gentle version of the route, with no technical skill required: the machines drive both wheels, you do not pedal, and the guide sets a pace the whole group can hold while the High Atlas opens up around you.
The second half is the part people remember. You help prepare a traditional tagine with a local family, learn the ritual of mint tea and then eat the result together as a Berber lunch. It is a cooking session in a home, not a demonstration on a stage.
Departure is at 09:00 and lunch is included. Return transport from Marrakech is available as an option.
