Full description
Marrakech eats late and eats outside. This evening walk follows that: grilled skewers and harira soup at neighbourhood stalls, a wood-fired communal bakery where families still bring their own dough, the sweet stalls, and the food carts that fill Jemaa el-Fnaa after dark.
Between the tastings your guide explains what you are eating and why — how a tagine differs from a tanjia, why Friday is couscous day, what goes into ras el hanout and where the mint tea ritual comes from.
There is enough food across the stops to replace dinner. Tell us about allergies or dietary needs when you book and the route is adjusted; a full vegetarian version is available.
