Most travellers eat a tagine in Morocco and leave without knowing how it is actually built — which spices go in cold, why the vegetables are stacked in a cone, how long it sits over the heat. This class fixes that.
You work alongside a local cook, prepare Moroccan salads and a tagine from scratch, and then eat the result at the table with mint tea. It is hands-on rather than a demonstration: you do the chopping, the layering and the seasoning yourself.
We include pickup from your hotel or riad so you are not navigating the medina with an address. Classes run as small groups or privately for couples, families and groups who want the kitchen to themselves.

Sit down to the meal with mint tea, then return to your accommodation.
Moroccan salads and a tagine, with mint tea at the table. Tell us if there is a specific dish you were hoping for and we will tell you honestly whether the kitchen can do it.
Not as standard. We would rather be clear about that than advertise a souk trip that is not part of the class.
Yes. Let us know when you enquire and the menu is set up for it in advance.
Yes — private classes for couples, families and groups are available on request.
Toubkal Views is run from Marrakech by a Moroccan team, not an overseas booking platform.
Your guide is from the region and knows the Agafay tracks, the Atlas valleys and the best light for photos.
Berber camps, mint tea, home-style tagine and music played by local musicians.
We collect you from your hotel or riad in Marrakech and bring you back at the end.
You talk to us directly before, during and after your trip — no call centre in between.
Tell us your dates, group and pace and we adapt the experience instead of selling a fixed package.
