This is the same valley as the half day and a completely different ride. The route is chosen for technical ground — steep climbs the motors have to fight for, descents that need braking discipline, and varied surfaces that reward a rider who reads terrain.
The pace is brisk and the day is built around riding rather than sightseeing. The group is capped at six so the guide can keep the ride flowing, coach where it helps and keep everyone in sight on the difficult sections.
Lunch is a Berber meal at a local family's home, taken as a break in the middle of a working day rather than as the point of the day.
Departure is at 09:00. The operator restricts this day by riding level, and their own pages describe that requirement in two different ways — so we confirm your experience with them before we accept a date, rather than sell you a day that turns out to be above or below what you wanted.
