Marrakech Airport Pickup: Flight Time, Pickup Time and Meeting Your Driver

Airport pickup — quick answer

• Flight time: when your aircraft is scheduled to land or take off
• Pickup time: when you want the driver ready for you — a separate field in our finder
• Flight number: optional, and useful to the driver
• What we confirm in writing: the pickup arrangement for your specific booking, before anything is paid
• What we do not advertise: flight monitoring, a name board or a fixed free-waiting window — because those are commitments we have not confirmed operationally

Two different times

Our finder asks for your flight number and flight time separately from the pickup time, and the distinction matters.

Your flight time is a fact about the aircraft. Your pickup time is an instruction to the driver. Between the two sits everything that happens inside the terminal: taxiing, disembarking, passport control, baggage reclaim and walking out. Those vary by hour, by season and by how full the arrivals hall is, and no honest operator can compress them into a promise.

So give us both. The flight number and time tell us which arrival you are on; the pickup time tells us when you want to be collected. If you are not sure, say so in the request and we will agree a sensible time with you instead of assuming one.

What we will and will not promise

We will confirm, in writing and before you pay: the pickup arrangement for your booking, the vehicle, and the price for the route where an owner-approved one exists.

We do not currently advertise flight monitoring, a meet-and-greet with a name board, or a stated number of free waiting minutes. Those are real operational commitments and we do not make them on a web page before they are confirmed. Tell us your flight in the request and we will tell you exactly what we can promise for your arrival.

Departures are the opposite problem

On the way out, the question is not when you land but how early you want to leave. Same fields, reversed: your flight departure time, and the pickup time you want at your hotel or riad. That is covered in the departure transfer guide.
