What a private airport transfer actually is

You land, you clear the terminal, and one vehicle takes your party — and your luggage — directly to the address you are staying at. Nobody else is in the car. You do not wait for other passengers, you do not share the route, and you do not negotiate at the roadside after a long flight.

That is the entire product. It is transport, not sightseeing. There is no guide, no commentary, no stop at a shop or a viewpoint, and no lunch. If what you actually want is a day out, a private day trip from Marrakech is a different and better purchase.

Hotel, riad and the difference that matters

A hotel in Gueliz or Hivernage almost always has a road entrance the vehicle can use, so "door to door" means exactly that.

A riad inside the medina is a different problem: many of them sit on lanes no car can enter. What we do is confirm the closest point a vehicle can genuinely reach, in writing, before you pay — rather than promising a door we have not checked. Luggage and trekking kit

Luggage travels with you in the same vehicle. If you are carrying trekking bags, duffels, boots and poles for the High Atlas, say so in the request: the number and size of bags decides the vehicle, and we confirm the vehicle for your exact party rather than publishing a capacity table we have not checked for your date.

Families and groups

Price is per vehicle, not per seat, so a family of four pays the same as a couple on the same route. For child seats, extra bags or a party large enough to need more than one vehicle, tell us in the request and we confirm what we can actually provide for that date. We do not advertise equipment we have not committed to.

Flight number and pickup time

These are two different things and the finder asks for them separately: your flight time is when the aircraft is scheduled, your pickup time is when you want the driver waiting. If we do not have your accommodation listed

Our finder searches a large inventory of real Marrakech and Atlas accommodation, but no list is complete. If yours is not there, type the name anyway and add the address or a map link. That becomes a genuine request we verify by hand — not a dead end, and not a made-up pin.

How the price works

Transfers are priced for the whole vehicle, one way or return. Where the owner has approved a fixed price for a route, the finder shows that price and lets you book and pay. Where no approved price exists, the finder says so and you get a written quote instead. We never estimate a fare in the middle, and we never publish a price the owner has not approved.

Going the other way
